"Unmarked" by Jan Wilson
A lonely waitress realizes during the course of her shift that no one ever touches her. "Unmarked" is about loneliness and the power of human touch, the desire to be touched even if only by a stranger.
We think this short will resonate with all audiences - that basic human need for an affectionate touch.
One interior location. Varied ages/sexes/types for cast. Very visual; minimal dialogue means it will play well in foreign language markets.
Simple, powerful, with a touch of the mysterious. This is a short - six pages.
We are so thrilled to have the fantastic actress Beth Grant on board our project!
